  • Orders - When you place an order we will keep your personal data for 5 years.
  • Customer Accounts - If a customer account does not have associated orders then the personal data will only be stored for 3 months. After which the account will be deleted and a new customer account will need to be created.

You may choose to anonymise your personal data associated with your order, please contact us if you would like us to do this.

Under data protection laws you have a right to be forgotton, therefore we have provided an option within your account to delete your account. This will remove all data that we hold on you. We will not be able to re-instate this data so if you require an account in the future you would need to create a new one.

Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.
