Ordering from outside the U.K?
If your local currency is not GBP (Pounds Sterling) you can still order very easily from Kaizen Bonsai Ltd.
- Select the items you wish to purchase and add to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the 'Checkout' screen.
- When asked enter your credit card details.
- Confirm your order.
Your credit card will be billed in your local currency as usual. The card issuer may apply a charge, you will need to check with them directly.
We get paid in GBP less a small handling fee and commission.
In order to work out the approximate cost of goods in your own currency you will need to know the exchange rate for that day. To find out any exchange rate go to www.x-rates.com. Please bear in mind that international exchange rates change moment by moment so your bill may be slightly more or slightly less than you calculate. This entirely depends upon the rate of exchange that your credit card company uses and how quickly they bill your account and fees they may charge. We have no control over the exchange rate your payment provider applies. If you need to know the exact figure you will pay you will need to contact your card issuer directly.
Please be assured that all online credit card transactions are completely secure and that we never see your card details.
You can also pay by international bank transfer although you will be charged a fee for this service and it may take several days to process your payment. We will also request an additional charge that our bank makes to us in order to receive the payment. Please contact us by email for information.
You can pay in the normal way with Paypal. Again you will need to contact them in order to ascertain the exact exchange rate they apply on the day.
