Air layering is a much-underused technique in bonsai. Graham has been air layering trees for decades now, the local farmer's hedgerows are full of spectacular material that can be easily propagated with a nice compact root system ready for a nice small nursery pot. This avoids the odious task of compacting the roots of trees dug from the ground. Graham has always used sphagnum moss and this super handy cling film for air layering s detailed in the video. Folk have been asking for this and so here it is.
100mm 4" wide and 150m long.
