Based on a pattern that your great grandfather would be familiar with this traditional folding knife can be used for budding, grafting and layering. This work requires a very clean, sharp and thin bladed knife. Keep this knife dedicated to the task, keep it sharp and you will enjoy much greater success.

The back of the handle has a tough ABS plastic bark lifting spatula. This allows gentle lifting of bark without the damage a steel item would inflict. Double bevel blade can be used left or right handed.
