From the renowned kilns of Yixing, China comes this traditional green glazed ware that's been produced in the region for hundreds of years. This aesthetic is collectively referred to as a Chinese Copper Green or Peacock Green Glaze. These glazes are highly celebrated for their glassy depth and fine micro-crackle patterns (crazing) that develop an exquisite weathered patina as they are exposed to sun, water, and soil over the years.
Made of a super fine white clay which really brings the beautiful green colour to life and helps accentuate the pots highlights.
