Lime sulphur is renowned for eating paint brushes in minutes. The strong alkaline solution simply dissolves the bristles of ordinary paint brushes.
It's taken years of searching to find this nice little pointed tip brush. The fibres are impervious to the caustic attack of lime sulphur and other deadwood preservers.
In our picture the lower of the two brushes has been used in our workshop for a few weeks and actually spent 24 hours sitting fully submerged in neat lime sulphur.
Lasts indefinitely, just wash out thoroughly after use to keep the bristles in great condition.
Approximately 5mm diameter. 190mm overall length.
