Used for generations as a fungicide, winter wash and for pest control. Lime sulphur is a traditional product with a multitude of uses all of which it is very effective at achieving.
Today lime sulphur is primarily used in bonsai as a deadwood treatment. It creates a nice pale cream to white sun bleached effect on all dry oxidised wood. The colour is sometimes a little bright when first applied but this quickly fades back to a very natural silver grey when exposed to the elements. A great product you should not be without.
