Old Bear is a traditional pattern folding knife line featuring simple and ergonomic lines. This Old Bear Biltong knife comes with an oil-treated American walnut wood handle, while its blade is in AISI 420 Stainless steel and is stone sharpened by skilled and qualified craftsman.
The Old Bear knife is made without a no-return spring which means the blade locking system features a solid safety ring that fixes the handle in open and closed position.
