Brand new pot. When we took it out of the box we found this pot to be distorted. For us it sucks but manufacturers don't care sadly. Our loss is your gain, take this 'characterful' pot away at cost!

In the extremely unlikely event this is damaged in transit (we loose less than one in a hundred) we will simply refund the price paid and shipping (if bought alone). We cannot replace it with another, sorry.
