Details

Few knives we have looked at offer the strength and versatility of this one. Sits in the hand very nicely and offers a good comfortable grip allowing the application of a lot of pressure, when required, with complete safety. Folds up with a nice positive snap, nice light weight in your pocket too. Graham has carried one of these for two years now and with a good water stone gets an edge to shave with that just lasts and lasts. Knives costing ten times the price rarely hold such a good edge. Our packing department has a dozen of these in it.

"A.E. Coltellerie is an Italian company that has been working for over three generations in the most common industrial sector in the Maniago area named Pordenone. Pordenon has been producing blades, knives and other cutting instruments since medieval times.

The present range of knives includes a variety of blades for use in agriculture (hawk bill and grafting knives), fishing, sailing and industry (electricians knives) and has recently expanded to also provide a specially designed series of models known as Antonini SOS for use in rescue situations. The SOS series is already in use by special Fire Brigade, Civil Defence and Red Cross corps.

The legendary Antonini logo along with the area trademark guarantee the quality of the raw materials used and the quality of workmanship that, under the "Made in Italy" banner, mean the highest possible resistance, durability and cutting performance.

All of our knives are assembled, finished and sharpened by hand. Since 1925 we stand behind our work and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty covering all craftsmanship and hardware we use in the construction of our cutting tools."
