Delivery Information
You can expect to receive your order in 5 to 7 WORKING days. Where there is a delay we will inform you by email. For urgent or timed deliveries please call before placing your order and we will do our utmost to accommodate your requirements.

Whilst we carry large volumes of stock it is inevitable that, due to demand, there will be occasions when we are awaiting shipment from our suppliers. In such instances you will be advised by email or telephone at which point we can either leave the item on back order for you, offer an alternative or a full refund. Where an item is out of stock we are happy to despatch the rest of your order and send on the other items later at no extra cost to you.

Delivery Methods & Costs
Most UK parcels are despatched within 2 working days using a 48 hour service although faster deliveries can be arranged upon request.

International parcels are sent by air mail or Parcelforce's International Service as detailed below.

We do not accept liability for any re-delivery charges should our carrier be unable to access the delivery address supplied or customs duties levied on international consignments.

The shipping costs are worked out automatically for you depending upon the weight of your parcel and your country of residence. To see the cost of carriage simply place the items you require in the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout screen where the total shipping cost will be shown. If you are unhappy with the charge simply cancel your order or contact us for immediate assistance.
